Fair Trade Coffee

We are very proud to offer Fair Trade coffee! Fair Trade coffee directly supports coffee farmers, their communities, their families and protects the environment! Fair Trade organizations and cooperatives guarantee coffee farmers a minimum price, providing security for their business, their families and community. Furthermore, this helps cover their operational and production costs during times when the price of coffee decreases. 

Shade-Grown Coffee

Shade-Grown coffee is grown just like it states, in the shade. Due to the beans being grown in the shade, there isn't much need to spray chemicals and pesticides on the trees, making this a much healthier option compared to other coffees. Shade Grown also allows the beans to grow and mature at a much slower rate, allowing nature to take its course. This means sugars and flavors are naturally increased, giving you a much higher quality coffee bean.
